Natural Honey
All natural honey will turn solid. Based upon the source a honeybee chooses to pollenate, honey will have variations in color, flavor and rate of crystallization. Crystalized honey is not "bad" all you need to do is place the jar in warm water to reliquefy your crystalized honey.
Safety
Do NOT feed honey to infants under 12 months old! The Food and Drug administration recommends waiting until after 12 months of age to introduce honey into a child's diet. This includes mass-produced honey, raw and unpasteurized honey, and local honey. This rule also applies to all foods and baked goods containing honey.
